How much time does it take from our team?

Around seven hours of sessions: a one-hour preparation meeting with your main sponsor and three 2-hour workshops with your core team, plus completing the questionnaire and giving feedback on drafts.

How is our information protected?

All information is handled within our secure Microsoft 365 environment and treated as confidential. We have data processing agreements in place with the tool providers we use, and our full Privacy and Data Security Policy forms part of the engagement agreement. Read our website privacy notice.

Are you tied to any technology vendor?

No. We are independent of technology vendors, so our recommendations serve your interests only.

What does it cost?

The service is delivered for a fixed fee, agreed before we start. After the consultation, we will share a proposal tailored to your organization.

What happens after the final delivery?

You own the report, the presentations for your leadership team and your board, the explanatory video and the roadmap. If you would like support with implementation, we can help through our Chief AI Officer as a Service offering.

Which languages do you deliver in?

We deliver the service in English, which keeps it efficient and cost-effective. The final presentation and explanatory video can also be produced in other languages on request.
